Suggest someone they’re trans and their OCD will latch onto the idea that they’re potentially trans and the lack of identity BPD provides will make them latch onto that identity. Any cissoid with this combo can be convinced to troon when they really aren’t a tranny.

isnt that kind of the point though ? if the tranny thoughts were syntonic wouldnt that mean you’re a trvtranny ?
Does this actually harm the cissoid, since they will continue to believe it as it became ingrained in their OCD?
