Yeah. My provider is a super trans friendly provider but I think she’s kind of clueless. She wants me to inject 8mg of Valerate weekly with spiro instead of monotherapy and I thought that was awful but who knows anymore maybe idk what I’m talking about.
I injected 6mg subcutaneously once a week, I had a T test (but no E) and saw my T was suppressed, so for the last 2 or 3 shots I tried going down to 4mg just to save some.
T: 355 ng/dl

Have you thought of going back to 6mg/week and getting both your e and t tested again after that?
Yes. But I had a meeting with her today to discuss labs and she wanted me to try the regiment she suggested.
