I’ve specified that it may be the case that dysphoria is only alleviated when someone fully passes but it’s not strictly the case for others. Medical treatment depends on every person as every person is different and has different sources of dysphoria.
People here conflate passing with being pretty. Which, fair. But its also very natural for most of us to desire being not ugly as our transition goal
I don’t think anyone wants to be ugly tbh. That’s just normal
