I just saw your comment that you have a timeline for getting on HRT, that’s super good! Like obviously it would be for the best to be getting on HRT right this second, but I think at this point, it might help if you were accomplishing things that could support your transition. Like, beyond taking HRT, think about what kinds of things you’d need to be doing to find success as a woman. Can you do any of that right now?
Uh, yeah, I’m studying currently, I have my finals next week and I should study but I can’t because I feel like shit. :( I’ve got that things about life in general sorted out kinda and all I have to do is to resist dysphoria, but it’s so hard… I really wanna get hrt. Before I was scared of the aftermath of getting on hrt like societal and family stuff but I find myself caring less on those now.
It will be very good if you can get to some studying. Think about the professional woman you’ll get to be with your degree. Do it for her!
But I understand how hard it can be to do stuff when in the throes of dysphoria. The fact that you’ve already made progress on your fears around familal/societal acceptance is really significant! You should take that as an encouraging sign for what you are capable of
Yes it’s increasing my dysphoria in a logarithmic way
