There’s so much conflicting info around. I have a bunch of questions:
- how does fatmaxing work
- does pio work
- when is the best time to start fatmaxing
- do skinny people who have never been fat before have less fat cells, so that the new cells will be created in gynoid regions?
- or is it that full fat cell redistribution takes 10 years for anyone regardless of weight.
I basically want a guide on at what point of my transition I should start gaining weight, I think I’d like being a bit chubby. I’m like 180cm/5’11 and 61.5kg rn.


idrk but i can say weight cycling even without pio did a lot for me. and i started losing weight right when i got on hrt. lost 40 lbs gained it all back and the fat that i gained was placed in butt hips but also some other undesirable locations. going to do another cycle but probably will just stay around a certain weight after that bcz estrogen still does its thing if ur at a stable weight just at a slower pace
