Since no one knows, I’ll ask Israel GPT and induce AI psychosis
There’s so much conflicting info around. I have a bunch of questions:
- how does fatmaxing work
- does pio work
- when is the best time to start fatmaxing
- do skinny people who have never been fat before have less fat cells, so that the new cells will be created in gynoid regions?
- or is it that full fat cell redistribution takes 10 years for anyone regardless of weight.
I basically want a guide on at what point of my transition I should start gaining weight, I think I’d like being a bit chubby. I’m like 180cm/5’11 and 61.5kg rn.

Fatmaxxing doesn’t really do anything early on HRT, aside maybe getting some fat into breast area, but it will still be android. I’m not sure whether you need to lose android fat before getting gynoid, or it will redistribute by itself. I was procrastinating on researching it for a few months now.
Yes, from anecdotes at least. It distributes all new fat cells in your body into the hip region and, allegedly, helps with a visceral android fat on stomach.
Idk. Refer to point 1.
No, unless you were underweight for a long period of time. If you are normal BMI (not the best evaluation method, but better than guessing), your fat cells deflate, instead of disappearing. When you gain fat back, they inflate and become android fat again. Also, if I’m not mistaken gaining from underweight makes your brain want to deposit more into the stomach area, so it probably affects fat redistribution too.
There are various sources for it, but it is generally a good estimation of it. It is an approximate lifetime of a fat cell.
