everything is just suddenly going so fucking well for me. like, genuinely, how else am i supposed to understand it than being the result of Divine intervention? but why…? is He rewarding me? if so, what for? or maybe this was His plan for me all along? i suppose it’s impossible to know, so there’s not really much of a point in asking why…

It is not just “ordinary events”, on wikipedia it is phrased as “innocuous events or mere coincidences and believing they have strong personal significance”. I’m just throwing in ideas, idk if you have it or not.

And this is exactly what ideas of reference are, lol. My government randomly covered my universal healthcare for no reason. And then I lost it a few months later, after I had plenty of time to change things. Both are innocuous coincidences, probably some mistake, but in my mind they were a message from a higher being (even though rationally I know it wasn’t the case).
