basically, i was in a loud environment with lots of loud machinery and stuff, and had to regularly call out loudly in order to make sure i was heard, was experiencing a lot of voice cracks

also ive been having seasonal allergies that might have something to do with it (?) like i was clearing my throat a lot

Ok so it’s probably just from going loud like that, yeah. I dunno if you’ve seen me suggesting SOVT exercises for voice training, but they can help with this too.

in theory if you’ve switched over to a new ester and it’s meant to be monotherapy but it’s not at a high enough dosage, I guess you could be seeing testosterone production come back online, but it feels so unlikely to me. Is there anything here where you’re finding difficulty with getting to higher pitches that you could previously hit?

i don’t think I’ve been struggling with hitting prior pitches, i have been taking 6 mg dose though (monotherapy), and i used to take a higher one

Oh yeah that should absolutely be a fine monotherapy level, this is just another thing for SOVTEs to solve
