Swap “trans woman” for a “troon”. I’m not sure there is anything shorter. “Nonpassoid/non-passoid” would mean everyone who are not passoids, “neverpasser” is closer to a gigahon. “Nonpasser/non-passer” sounds like something, but I never saw it being used.
