i was keeping everything there bc i was hoping my health will improve but it hasn’t and i still have no clue what’s causing my mystery illness

the apartment and health insurance costs quite a bit that’s why they want to stop those bc im not there, i can technically still return there once my health gets better but i feel like if i do give up on everything there, i wont go back, i don’t have in me anymore, ill genuine need to hypomanic to get back, im so tired, everything is exhausting and idk what’s wrong with me

i also can’t get vyvanse in mauritius so that sucks, my problem might be my weight but weight loss is taking forever, it’ll prob take me a year to get to 90kg(im 120rn, my end goal is prob 60-70kg)

i am so tired, i have no willpower, i can barely think, and everything annoys me bc im not on vyvanse

i dont know what to do, part of me also wants to move back mauritius bc im just so tired of everything

    i’d say your chances are probably better in germany, tbh… like, the healthcare will most likely be better, and you’ll be able to get back on vyvanse.

    i do feel like the issue is probably your weight, just really focus on ur calorie deficit and getting steps in
