not to get political, i try not to on here, but i wish they had it in hospitals. like, a patient walks in every friday to get a slightly small dose of whatever drug theyre addicted to to ween them off.
They did that in Switzerland iirc and it worked

I should be able to buy whatever type of substance I want from my local pharmacy for cheap with no prescription
