Ok so here is my suggestion

    1. SOVT exercises. Look them up. If you want a sort of mechanical workout exercise type of experience, look into these.

    2. explore the various perceptual models out there, like the size/resonance and weight oriented one developed by TransVoiceLessons and I think someone who worked with her named Clover, as well as Selene. The former is on youtube and the latter has a lot of clips on https://selenearchive.github.io/

There’s also the sumianvoice approach which you can find explained here https://wiki.sumianvoice.com/ and its a much more intuitive deal. If nothing sparks your interest here, it’s not the end of the world, but it’s good to check and see if anything can speed up your progress.

    1. learn about the voice. The voice apps all show you formants and stuff like that. This is the stuff that is influenced by your larynx but also by your mouth shape and tongue position. Play white noise on your phone and point the speaker into your mouth, and change your mouth shape and tongue position. You will hear new pitches. Try and see what your mouth can do to get you the higher formants in the apps while speaking, get a sense for how your mouth changes this.

    2. use the approach I outline here https://tranistan.com/post/tranistan.com/51406 to immerse yourself in women’s voices and understand yourself among them, do it as much as you can

Glad to help!! All those vids and things can be so confusing to dive into. I’m gonna post something in voicettttraining about how to read the formants stuff and making all the data analysis less confusing, hopefully this week, so that may be able to help a bit as well!!

I think your needs might depend on where you’re starting from. Have you engaged with voice training at all so far? I can offer some recommendations, but if you’ve had any struggles so far, those can be good to know so that the recommendations are better
