not like, get shredded or start lifting. just getting toned in my midsection instead of being so gross and flabby from being post obesity.

the amount of loose skin i have is actually quite negligible i think. its mostly muscle atrophy and damage from hrt plus starving myself from 225lbs to 132lbs.

but i have no motivation or will to get out of bed most days, let alone actually consistently work out so idk how to fix this. giw i wasnt such a lazy piece of shit

    Start with 20 bodyweight squats or even just 10. Add one every day. I hate exercise and yet I reach 100 today. It’s just a few annoying minutes every day you can do it. I do it naked right before shower. It’s great to see for yourself the evidence that you can always clown on your past self. I do dread doing it a bit every day, I just focus on counting, breathing and letting the body do its thing.

      i had been doing some bodyweight stuff for my core but i feel off around December or so. i want to start back up, maybe I will try. idk.

        The crucial point here is that improvement is very gradual, just one more each day so you will never have to put too much strain on your body and willpower. Don’t try anything crazy when you’re starting out. Soon enough you will run laps around your current self. I used to struggle at 30 squats and now 60 feel like nothing. 24 hours are enough for your body and willpower to recover so just do it!
