Everybody talks about pio, and levels, and Prog and SURE those are all important, but you know what the single most important resource for a healthy body is?

Sleep!

It’s a process that’s not too well understood, but the thing they DO know about it, is that lack of sleep is bad for you in all sorts of ways.

So I’ve had my yogurt for breakfast, My salad for lunch, Some ramen for dinner, My cry for dessert, Tay’s had herself a whole assed day

And now I’m going to take a cheeky bonus sublingual, brush my teeth and wash my face, hydrate well, and then get to snoozing so the millions of little fairies in my body can deliver the much needed materials to the factory where they make breast tissue (I’m pretty sure that’s how HRT works, never read the pamphlet 🤷🏻‍♀️)
