Smile

The darkness slowly consuming

All the love and hate

leaving nothing behind

Good bye I have gone under

So good bye

You offer nothing but pain

So good bye

Unfortunately, no. I got screamed at enough when my parents found some of my poems that I never felt comfortable expressing myself artistically, and never had the desire to build the mechanical skills, so now I don’t express my emotions.

Also, have you thought about looking into poetry open mics near you?

They are HYPER queer-friendly spaces I’ve found, and you can just go and watch, and work on a thing and build up the courage by starting small.

It takes time to “unfurl” for sure, and it’s actually a difficult process to teach yourself that you do matter, and that you deserve to be happy just like anybody else.

Well I’m happy that you feel like you can begin expressing yourself, I’ve been writing my while life, it’s one of the things that’s kept me sane and helped me evolve over time,

        Do you keep a diary?

Also did you start this sub? I love it I love it I love it, poetry is the thing I do now where I practice being vulnerable in public.
