switching to it and smiting the medical system was the second best decision I ever made, first best was deciding to transition in the first place but now it’s actually happening like it always was supposed to 😌

EUn sounds cool, I’ll tell you what though any ester other than EV is where it’s at for sure

          >EV is still the most common ester produced by pharms.

what the fuck? why? it’s literally the most inconvenient and ineffective one imaginable, do the pharm companies just hate trannies o— wait a second…

Story of my life, prescribed 5mg (but actually 4mg bc of needle dead space) EV once a week for over a year 🫩

You can do that? I thought EUn was only IM for some reason. It was the main reason I went with EEn instead

yeah something about SQ and castor makes it last longer from what I remember. for some reason I react to EEn with mct oil when I do SQ so I have to do IM

Waow, maybe next vial I’ll order EUn then. Would be so much more convenient than the injection every 10 days with EEn

i tried switching to subq with EUn and started to remasculinize, i think it’s kind of an undefined behavior thing. it works fine for some apparently though

maybe. I personally feel much better on it, having zero mood dips or spirals now. I only ever did EV and now EEn

estradiol is 100% gonna turn out to be a placebo (at least for me) and I’m gonna chud rage and move to some place where hons are plentiful like Portland, Perth, or Toronto and I’m gonna spend all my time on tumblr

I genuinely need to find a better way to take my E. I have been injecting EV every 3 days for a couple years now and it feels unsustainable. I used to do weekly, but my SHBG was like 300.

I’m confused, was your SHBG being 300 related to doing weekly injections, or is that just why you switched? I’m stupid please help.

I don’t even know what SHBG is wtf? Do I need to worry about that? I haven’t done any bloodtests yet and I’ve only been doing hrt for a little over a month so I don’t know these things.

It’s not overwhelmingly important it’s the amount of binding globulins in your blood that neuter your free T and free E. Usually it preferentially binds T which is a good thing, but I’m post orchi and have a T of like 4.
