switching to it and smiting the medical system was the second best decision I ever made, first best was deciding to transition in the first place but now it’s actually happening like it always was supposed to 😌

I genuinely need to find a better way to take my E. I have been injecting EV every 3 days for a couple years now and it feels unsustainable. I used to do weekly, but my SHBG was like 300.
I’m confused, was your SHBG being 300 related to doing weekly injections, or is that just why you switched? I’m stupid please help.
I don’t even know what SHBG is wtf? Do I need to worry about that? I haven’t done any bloodtests yet and I’ve only been doing hrt for a little over a month so I don’t know these things.
It’s not overwhelmingly important it’s the amount of binding globulins in your blood that neuter your free T and free E. Usually it preferentially binds T which is a good thing, but I’m post orchi and have a T of like 4.
