It is universally legal, literally legal in every place on the planet, that’s the distinction here, there is literally not a single society that says you can’t do this, not a single one
And yes there are things that are legal and unethical but this isn’t one of them, it’s two adults, people need to mind their fucking businesses about what two consenting adults do with their romantic and sexual relationships, it’s insane

You say “teenager” to associate a 19 year old with 13 and 14 years olds in a bid to try and make them seem more related, they are not. A 19 year old has MUCH more in common with a 28 year old, then they do a 13 year old.
People are also always mentally and socially developing, it’s a weird thing to say, even a 28 year old is still mentally and socially developing.
Slavery being the norm doesn’t mean it was completely universal, this is something completely universal, the only countries that “technically” have a higher age of consent, will lower it to 16 if you are married, which means that it’s fucking 16 because in Islamic Law, you marry someone before fucking them, and it’s Muslim nations.
It is extremely wrong to say that slavery was most beloved in the 1750s and 1850s, the USA had implemented measures upon its creation to have slavery slowly dissolve, the British had completely outlawed it and decided to punish anyone who did the slave trade, which caused major conflict with Muslim nations to them. Sardinia had abolished slavery around this time. At this point, basically all of the West is abolishing slavery rapidly.
