Super based yessss, zapatistas aren’t anarchists but I always describe the society they helped make as having a momentum towards liberation over domination. Shame they’re struggling again

And yes yes yes, I love the zapatistas, (even though they don’t identify with the label), but I love using them as an example when people talk about how an egalitarian could never exist for more than like, a month. Though I will admit I don’t know all that much about their society, just that now they’re kinda restructuring and things might not be going so well…
