ok, unfortunately there is no faster or easier way than just being in a slight calorie deficit for a while and being consistent. some people wwre talking about diying glp1s have u maybe looked into that?
but is a water fast not just a calorie deficit? Just a different type.
yeah, it is an unhealthy type
but only temporary. It’s not like, long term starvation which would actually cause health problems

I already started taking Reta yeah. I’m already doing a calorie deficity and am down 12lbs from last month but it all sucks so bad. It’s all like male fat too bc my dumbass started overweight
well, thats good. just stick with it. the good news is that it is not like hrt, because it actually does something :)
