i am like watching something to sleep since i was a child. I literally begged my mom because the silence is unbearable. also it got worse with more trauma and anxiety. Like i was able to sleep without something to focus on when i visited my sister and felt safe but can’t even there anymore.
Still think white noise is calming tho, especially if it’s irl, like train in the far, highway or in a plane
