got my first 2mg daily sublingual doctor prescribed estradiol hondose today. I cried In the pharmacy when they asked me which prescriptions I was trying to fill. Any recomendations on how to come to terms with the fact that I’m willingly doing this to myself? sorry if this is too doomy

yeah I know right? I tried asking for bica instead of Spiro too, no dice, my Endo seems like a by the book guy :[

Endo said he was gonna do blood work every couple months and gradually increase my dose. whatever you say doctor man. I’ve been not on E for 20 years so I guess I can wait a little longer. A part of me still wants to DIY but I’ll prob get caught at my next blood work :<
even then 2mg is like a placebo dose. also even if you get caught they can’t rly do anything about u diying
I guess but then again they could also like cancel my prescription or maybe that’d be illegal I don’t know. regardless i’m too broke to diy forever
diy lasts a long time it’s usually not that much more expensive afaik
