Everybody else treats us like shit. I want to make a change. I want people to feel they matter and they are not alone. We are not scum and we are not lesser beings. And I hope if I do it long enough others will join me and caring for each other will replace our collective self-loathing. At least I know I’m spiralling less if I try to treat others well instead. It keeps my mind occupied in the best way.

I feel like I already am. I’m on a good path. I achieved a lot already and while there is still enough to do for me I actually have a roadmap. I can do it. I hope things will get better for you as well.
