I think it’s more that when people who pass complain it hurts others. Even if you have BDD you should, at some point, realize the world sees you differently than you see yourself and understand how your actions affect those who don’t pass.
It’s like when wealthy people whine about not being able to afford shit. Your complaint may be valid, but if said to your broke friend it comes off a little gauche.
