I went from eating like 2,000 cals a day easily to probably half that within a week. I mean, it’s nice leaning after a bulk and my ribs don’t look that big anymore (my hips are staying thank god) but ik it’ll just get worse if I don’t do something before my muscle starts getting broken down. I don’t want to lose my figure or my running times this close to nearing a 7 min mile :(
