remember, even things that say “free” shipping just add the cost into the item and not as a separate charge

oh yeah the price of stamps isn’t changing right now… that requires an act of congress whereas shipping costs can change without one. this is because the usps has a monopoly on letter delivery and therefore is a federal matter.
