I’ve been having a lot of thoughts recently about just slashing around down there and doing enough damage to get it removed. What’s the threshold of damage that they can sustain before they have to be removed? What do I have to cut? I know there’s DIY orchi guides online, but I don’t the money. I don’t have insurance. I’m out of options.

I know I sound schizo right now but I just hate my testicles so much. I don’t have anything to lose at this point. I am serious. I have NOTHING to lose even if I die. I really, really need them gone. I don’t care if I lose sexual functionality. Is there a part that I have to cut to FORCE a doctor to put me in emergency surgery? How durable are the fucking unwanted tumors on me?
