you could try blockers, or do the complete opposite of estrogen and get on a gear cycle

Umm, depression helped me a lot.
I am depressed and I still get erections.
It reduces them though, win in my opinion. The erections are for uh, not letting it atrophy, otherwise I’ve gone entire day (not night) without erections
200mg spiro? but it’s not as good as monotherapy imo
