                  well yeah i mean you get tendons more flexible by applying weight on them and stretching them out, it speeds up the process if you have someone to help you, as long as you don’t overdo it

                  (weight like for example going forward with body which pushes your legs and stuff like that not literally weight directly) (ropes and shit)
