The “far right” in the west is liberal they just love israel. The issue is the American empire is in decline and what ever comes after will likely actually be socially right wing so we should be thinking of how to sell ourselves in an actually socially conservative frame whether that is as a medical condition or as something like good old fashioned eunuchs idk. But this is all very long term though.

OP is saying that the limited rights afforded to trannies by liberal capitalists who tolerate trannies (e.g. ability to change your name and access limited healthcare) will be erased by explicitly transphobic far-right capitalists. Liberalism may still be in power, but it’ll be a form of liberalism explicitly hostile to trannies, far worse than what we have right now.
