I think it may be more related to breasts. I don’t really have much visible tissue yet, but I find that running like I did before HRT is painful to my chest. I can still do it, but I would need to rely on hips more, and it also takes more effort. Most cis women are not into sports, so getting breasts during puberty probably makes them adopt that half-assed running instead.

Is half-assed running with huge breasts your new transition goal? Lol. But at the end of the day it’s more likely related to a lack of training in running, you can run normally even with big breasts, just with a slightly different technique.

Also nipples hurting was the first and most obvious effect of hrt for me (aside from the loss of libido natutally) so I was really clinging onto the thought that I would boob mog everyone in a year or two but now they stopped hurting just 2 months in hrt so… :/

2 months is nothing, though. I’m not sure I ever read about anyone who reached above Tanner 2 in less than 3 motnhs. They would grow sporadically for the next several years, so you might still “boobmog” everyone, if you have good genes for that.
I mean of course I didn’t expect to have actual boobs but when they stopped hurting I thought they stopped growing as well. Hopefully they go back to doing that soon tho becuz my genes probably are good…

I actually experienced most of my growth when they didn’t hurt, funnily enough. Like I one day randomly went up to Tanner 3, after hurting stopped for multiple days already.
Training for what??? I don’t remember training to learn how to run, I’m talking about ‘skipping’ maybe idk. It has to be some skeletal difference tho because why would anyone choose to do that otherwise fr
