    I’m not sure if it’s common knowledge about the phallo scars just yet, but with how fast the top surgery scars became known it’s not looking too good… 😔

      rff phallo scars are getting recognizable, alt I haven’t ever seen cissies clock or mention. I want alt and plan on telling people I had cancer or sm and the surgery to remove it ended up with a bad infection and necrosis that made them have to remove all that extra tissue. top surgery scars are super recognizable but have the excuse of gyno removal. not that I could go shirtless in public without people assuming top anyway.

        makes sense. ALT also has the benefit of being hidden in pants/longer shorts, compared to RFF which is very visible in a short sleeved shirt
