I want alt and plan on telling people I had cancer or sm and the surgery to remove it ended up with a bad infection and necrosis that made them have to remove all that extra tissue. top surgery scars are super recognizable but have the excuse of gyno removal. not that I could go shirtless in public without people assuming top anyway.
