in my case, I’ve stopped spiro, and am on a patch twice weekly, plus a weekly injection. considering dividing the injection dose in half and taking it twice weekly as well. I have naturally very low T levels, hoping it’s enough to fully suppress it. labs in a week or two after doing this for almost 2 months. also has anyone tried progesterone cycling? saw someone suggest 1 (100 mg) pill for a day, then 2 for 5 days, 3 pills for 2 days, 2 pills for 5 days, 1 pill for a day and repeat. is this just nonsense?

I do know someone on a similar regiment, and they have had great results from hrt in general.

being off spiro for this long has felt great. I suppose i’m a bit paranoid about potential rising T levels. I managed to get away from my endo now that I have good insurance. found a doctor who would allow me to do patches and injections. going to fake the labs I think so my dose doesn’t get lowered. :]

it hasn’t been above 10 or so since I started hrt. unsure where my baseline was since I was DIY for a bit before getting a script.

I’ve seen it mentioned that a weekly injection for valerate is too long. so maybe I just do an injection every 5 days.
