Ur not lazy ur probably just depressed♥️ try doing just a little every day and add 1% more every day. You’ll get 3.5 times better in a year!!!

Set a 10 minute timer and spend it learning gamedev and art and stuff and doing a small project. Next day add 1 more minute (ONE more, not 5,not 10. Maybe 2 if you want) you’ll get used to it easily. In a month you’ll be doing ~hour a day with no effort.

I did it for myself as well. Was really depressed and couldn’t bring myself to study and I just set a timer 15 minutes for studying and IT’S VERY LITTLE but it adds up and I already learned a lot and do more each day.

Don’t grab too much at once cuz your motivation will wear out fast and you’ll burn out.

Well I’ve been like this since I’ve known myself so it better not be depression…

Anyway usually I get a sudden boost do some stuff for a couple of days and then it dies out just as quickly so what you said could help, tho maybe it’d be better if it was less rigid. Thx :>

NO!!! It has to be rigid or it won’t work!

The point is forming a habit through small steps that your brain won’t even notice that don’t require a lot of willpower to do. If you skip days it will never work and you’ll only waste time and energy

10 minutes is only 2% of 8 hours of free time per day that you definitely have. It’s not hard, just be consistent pls and then it will work. If you skip one day you’ll likely skip two days. And if you skip 2 days you’ll skip 3 days. And if you skip 3 days then it’s OVER 4 u

No I was talking about the time, I’d rather finish something I started even if it means exceeding the 10 minute limit by a little bit you know?

As long as you’re doing it sustainably and enjoying it there is nothing wrong with that. I gave you an example for worst case scenario when you can’t do it consistently at all. Good luck with that Math
