    NO!!! It has to be rigid or it won’t work!

    The point is forming a habit through small steps that your brain won’t even notice that don’t require a lot of willpower to do. If you skip days it will never work and you’ll only waste time and energy

    10 minutes is only 2% of 8 hours of free time per day that you definitely have. It’s not hard, just be consistent pls and then it will work. If you skip one day you’ll likely skip two days. And if you skip 2 days you’ll skip 3 days. And if you skip 3 days then it’s OVER 4 u

      No I was talking about the time, I’d rather finish something I started even if it means exceeding the 10 minute limit by a little bit you know?

        As long as you’re doing it sustainably and enjoying it there is nothing wrong with that. I gave you an example for worst case scenario when you can’t do it consistently at all. Good luck with that Math
