I meant that those mental illnesses were created by being trans and it’s not like they easily go away. It’s not always just self perception either like my body is objectively not good but i can wear clothes that hides how bad it is. The physical dysphoria from that doesn’t go away though
It doesn’t matter what they were created by? Why would that matter? It’s still nothing to do with you transitioning nor will that fix it so pretending otherwise is delusion
