They already know I diy, I have been doing 4mg/4 days EV and they want to switch me to 2mg/week EC with 25mg Spiro??? Mono is working just fine for me, I have double digit T and Triple digit E a month and a half in, I really don’t want to fuck myswlf by doing what they say. I’m considering doing 4mg/week and ignoring the spiro, because as long as I have a prescription for a paper trail and slightly safer E that’s all I need.

Yeah don’t listen to that regardless spiro is dogshit. If you need a paper trail you can always just lower your dose before a blood test
I just don’t get how a mf looks at my excellent labs and then says “hm yes let me change everything instead of just mildly tweaking your dosage and writing a script for you” like come on dawg, I am hitting great mono results, at worst I have slightly elevated E which is like a non issue, I nailed my dosing tbh
