They already know I diy, I have been doing 4mg/4 days EV and they want to switch me to 2mg/week EC with 25mg Spiro??? Mono is working just fine for me, I have double digit T and Triple digit E a month and a half in, I really don’t want to fuck myswlf by doing what they say. I’m considering doing 4mg/week and ignoring the spiro, because as long as I have a prescription for a paper trail and slightly safer E that’s all I need.

I mean no offense to the guy bc he’s in residency, but he openly said he wasn’t really taught about hrt in school. I mean getting a prescription for EC feels like a huge win for me at least because having a paper trail might make getting srs easier later on, but like. I’m still pretty annoyed.

2mg/wk ec is an underdose, you can get the scrip and just do ur own dose tho unless the vials have a comically bad concentration or they’re ampoules
they have to let you get a new vial every month because regulations and reasonably concentrated vials have plenty for a good monthly dose and more, so you can just ignore the hondosing

Yeah don’t listen to that regardless spiro is dogshit. If you need a paper trail you can always just lower your dose before a blood test
