    Not necessarily diminishing returns but it’s better to take it slow for the sake of money and for your health (your gut would thank you). And gaining faster causes more visceral fat too.

    If those aren’t problems for you, then you’re good.

      ^^^ ate 3000 calories a day for like 2 months and all I got was visceral fat

          Supposedly it fucks up hip growth plates (still coping that they’re not closed yet) and breast growth so not yet

        ok. i’m just sick of having no chest still and i’d be fine being more overweight as a trade off. my maintenance is ~2,400 so i was mainly thinking doing a surplus of around 500-800 a day. nothing too crazy but certainly enough to dip quickly

          I am too but it didn’t help me at all. Hopefully I’m just an outlier and it’ll actually help you tho

              Supposedly not how it works, something about fat cells taking like 10 years to die you’d just end up getting it back unless you literally wait like a decade
