If you’re fasting, then I would recommend making sure you get proper electrolytes. www.reddit.com/r/fasting has good tips for this. For hunger, I found tea to be effective. Stimulants do suppress hunger, but they shouldn’t be your first line of defence.

After the first 24 hours, don’t trust any farts.

Also, I would try and make sure you’re not actually doing disordered eating type stuff. Losing weight is fine obviously, but I feel a bit weary providing advice given the anamaxxing memes.
