I’m always trying to think what will come after society hating trans people (if society ever accepts trans people like how gay people are kinda sorta accepted for the most part now)

      Mainstream hate against the Jews is rising due to the atrocities committed by israel. but in practice Jews have it pretty good, they are all under protection by the hegemonic western bloc.

      hate against muslims and other brown people (notably indians) is worse in practice, in the west atleast.

        Doesn’t mean the pendulum could never swing back on jews at some point. History tends to repeat itself, and nazi germany was like yesterday in the grand scheme.

        But actually i’ve given it more thought, I remember seeing a youtube video about this (don’t remember the title) and i agree with the points it made. I think the next big culture war in a few decades will not even be about an ethnic/LGBT minority, but about eating meat. Over 60% of the mammal biomass on earth is livestock. That’s almost twice the population of humans on the planet, kept and killed in horrible conditions. I’m pretty sure people will look back on today’s meat industry as we look back on slavery, if not even worse due to the sheer incomprehensible scale of it.
