Is gender dysphoria present in all sexually dimorphic species, is it consequence of sapience? Are all intelligent sexually dimorphic species going to have trannies? Will there be tranny aliens?     it’s been around since ancient societies. No, no gender confused monkeys. There are gender non-comforming animals and cases of sequential hermaphroditism but no tranimals

      Yeah, my personal conspiracy theory is that the whole eunuch thing started out as way to treat troons. But I do think gender dysphoria requires a certain level of consciousness that most, if any, animals don’t have

    I also had this fear… what if my cats hate being girls and they are sad everyday because they aren’t boys and I cant help because idk if they want to be boys or girls and they cant tell me… or any other animals… or my toys too… all 3 of my plushies are girls… what if they hate being called girls…

      I don’t think we actually know yet, like there are some studies that point towards the brain sex hypothesis, but most people don’t really care enough to put the necessary research into this stuff, and many think it would do harm than good, but idk
