I’m still not sure it’s the right word to describe what I do, but I relate to some parts of dissociation I’ve seen people describe. There are times where I feel outside of myself, or where the world feels kind of unreal, but I don’t feel that super strongly all the time. More common is that I just zone out while getting stuck doing something, like sitting on the computer, and I get so drawn into the thing that I ignore everything else.

    ive tried to ban things that made me dissociate sometime, but theree always something else that will start it

    maybe annas reply isnt what you expect but i think shes kinda right. having a good sleep schedule, positive social interactions, eating well, avoiding drugs unless u cope with them… u dissociate bc your life sucks

      That’s so broad you might as well just say “be healthier, have an easier life”
