My ass is only getting bigger and I love it sm. The weighted pistol squats and lying side leg raises with bands are giving results. The sides of my hips have some added muscle too.

For guys, lats and shoulders are a must. If you do pull ups and other heavy pulling movements, it will help make your rib cage bigger, and maybe even fill your waist depending on your lat muscle insertion. For shoulders, lateral raises is all you need. Don’t be ashamed to use light weights, lateral raises are a bitch.

Usually you wanna train your entire body, if you aren’t a luckshit, your body will still look proportional if you only focus on upper/lower body.
