I say this because despite likely face passing slightly less from it, because I think it is a fair trade. It can make up for the hon body because incredibly skinny women look weird and disproportionate to begin with so some of my features would begin to look normal. Also being that skinny would inevitably shrink my monster bideltoid some anyway. Proportionlly, yes, but shrinkage would be nice nonetheless and I have the stature to handle it (179cm, 19.1" bideltoid at present). Also my only options are this or gain weight which would more than likely give me actual diabetes and heart disease given family history and my own fucked genetics and lanky build making it so I need to be a hyper unhealthy weight for it to even show up.

I do have a ways to go, but my OCD often causes something of an intermittent eating disorder itself, and so I’ve cycled enormous amounts of weight before, and if there’s one thing I do have going for me beyond being a voice passoid, it is willpower.

I have access to pio, but it will probably be expired by the time I’m able to lose 50 pounds so idk if thats really optimal unless I’m able to get the cissoids to renew the prescription which I miiight be able to idk.

just be healthy about it and walk. you have a higher risk of developing heart issues starving yourself on estrogen, because it already puts your cardiovascular system in slight strain, not to mention what your liver or thyroid would do.

well Estrogen itself just lowers cholesterol and LP(a) which are my heart related problems in context.

it also increases liver metabolism and makes the liver hold onto lipids more, and can actually raise certain cholesterols, glucose production, and general inflammation. inducing anorexia or high-calorie intake states without imbalance can trigger insulin spikes or liver strain, which makes the problem worse.

But in general I’m sure ill figure my way through it. My terrible ass genetics are put at bay by a ton of daily supplements and reducing WHR just actually lowers risk for high LP(a) people once inflammation settles.
