best game ever imho
Explorers of sky is one of my favorite games ever and flat out the best pokemon game easily imo
im so glad my intro to pokemon was mystery dungeon explorers of darkness. sky was even better.
I also have memories of playing blue rescue team as well as a kid, great game but the explorers series just improved it in every single way.
Haven’t touched the 3ds ones though, heard they were just alright.
i actually cleared blue rescue team’s story on emulator recently. it was definitely a more proof of concept game but it’s still fun to run 100 flr dungeon challenges or fill out recruitment for your team. never even played the 3ds ones, though i know there’s a demake in production that uses sky’s assets, and of course there is PMDO, which seems to play like rescue team mixed with explorers qol and with recent pokemon.
