i think the bug was at least more interesting than “boymoder but as a horse” since the entire point of the mascot was to be unique. also ive always loved bugs and viewed them as similar to trans people since we’re misunderstood partially because of our looks and we’re both overhated.
A worm mascot would’ve been funny and achieved the same metaphor but it’s too late for a submission now
