minus-squareWanderinglinkfedilinkarrow-up2·5 days agoif you have a long enough needle, those are the most commonly used IM sites besides lateral quadriceps and deltoid. (deltoid is annoying on yourself though and usually uses for vaccines)
What muscle are you injecting 😭😭😭
I use ventrogluteal or dorsalgluteal sites, rotating between them.
Isn’t that meant to be fatty? Ok
