minus-squareWanderinglinkfedilinkarrow-up2·10 days agoif you have a long enough needle, those are the most commonly used IM sites besides lateral quadriceps and deltoid. (deltoid is annoying on yourself though and usually uses for vaccines)
I use ventrogluteal or dorsalgluteal sites, rotating between them.
